Sixth grade art students participated in a cross curricular project and learned about the history of the Macy's Day Parade. They designed cityscapes and created balloon dogs as part of the project.

Art students worked together across the grades to make lanterns, dragons, and constellations for the Lunar New Year. Our PreK and Kindergarten students made lanterns while students in grades one through four designed dragons. Seventh grade art students created representations of constellations.

Our First Grade students have been studying Rococo art. They did a great job creating their own Rococo Art masterpieces.

February is recognized as Heart Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about heart health and the importance of cardiovascular wellness. This month encourages individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle choices, such as eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and managing stress, to protect their hearts. It’s also an opportunity to learn about risk factors for heart disease and to promote heart-healthy habits within our communities. Let’s take this time to prioritize our heart health and support those affected by heart conditions!
