We want to thank First United Bank for donating T shirts to the staff. We loved wearing them on our first Friday back in school.

Whitebead Lady Chiefs played a double header for their first game of the season tonight. Our very own Mr. Midkiff came out to throw the first pitch. Come out next Thursday and cheer them on! Go Lady Chiefs!

Whitebead had a great first day back to school! The Whitebead cheerleaders welcomed students with smilies and school spirit as they walked into school today. Thank you Whitebead PTO for the new banner. It was a great day to be a Chief!

2024-25 Yearbooks are here!

Important Message about upcoming school year. This year the Oklahoma State Legislature issued a bell to bell cellphone and "personal electronic device" ban. Students will not be allowed to access their cell phone after the first bell rings until the final bell to end the school day. While we understand this may be an adjustment to some families we do believe it will enhance student focus on learning. Exemptions are available for certain students with qualifying medical conditions or Individualized Educational Plans. Thank you for your cooperation.

Whitebead Schools is excited to announce that it will be offering Middle School Boys & Girls Soccer this upcoming school year!! Soccer will be played in the spring season. The additions of Cross Country and Soccer add to what we already expect to be an amazing 2025-2026 School Year!! REMEMBER to schedule your child's sports physical. They need a physical before they start practices. We apologize that we are unable to have them at the school this year. You can pick up a packet in the office, M-Th 8am-3pm weekly. Thank you!

Wednesday, May 21st at 6pm the Whitebead School Board will have a special board meeting. During that meeting the school board will vote on whether they want to or do not want to sign a resolution asking for a vote by the Paoli school district on the possible annexation of Paoli by the Whitebead School District. Like any school board meeting the public is welcomed and encouraged to attend.

The Fourth graders traveled to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and enjoyed seeing many beautiful plants. They had a special class while there too.
