Pre- Enrollment Dates for the
2024- 2025 School Year

Pre-K Enrollment: March 27 (8:30am- 12:00pm)

Last Names A- L: April 17 (3:30pm- 6:30pm)

Last Names M- Z: April 23 (3:30pm- 6:30pm)

Documents Needed
to Enroll

Birth Certificate
Shot Records (See state requirements below)
Parent/ Guardian Photo ID
Utility Bill/ Proof of Residency (resident students only)
CDIB (If applicable)

Students must be age 4 before September 1st to enroll into Pre-K.

Immunization Requirements

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian must provide the following:

Current, up-to-date immunization records OR
a completed and signed exemption form (see below).
